Shipping

All orders are shipped with USPS (United States Post Office) First Class Mail (3-7 Business Days). Please allow 1-3 Business Days for us to prepare & process your package to be ready for shipping . Once we have shipped out your package we will upload all tracking information. 🕒 Processing: Normally 1-3 days

🚚 US Orders: Typically 3-5 business days

Please note, if we receive a high volume of orders, processing might take up to two weeks. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

Please note in any case where a package is returned to us due to incorrect address / Moving / Etc , The shipping fee will not be refunded due to the original shipping label being purchased already . If a package is required to be reshipped due to invalid address or any reason of this category the customer is responsible to pay a additional $5.50 to repurchase a label for U.S customers . We kindly ask that you confirm your address is correct for the future .
Please allow additional time for all INTERNATIONAL ORDERS they may take anywhere from up to 18-20 business days due to customs we CANNOT guarantee a set delivery date PLEASE NOTE YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY EXTRA IMPORT CHARGES UPON ARRIVAL that are not included in shipping price
Lost/Stolen Package Divine eye candy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
